Mrs. Shalini Bhupal completed the acquisition of a 25.52% stake in TajGVK Hotels and Resorts from The Indian Hotels Company.

Mrs. Shalini Bhupal, a member of the promoter group of TajGVK, completed the acquisition of a 25.52% stake in TajGVK Hotels and Resorts, a joint venture formed between the GVK Group and the Indian Hotels Company, from the Indian Hotels Company, a hospitality company which manages a diverse portfolio of hotels, resorts, and services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
