Paloma Rheem, a company specialising in a gas appliance industry, offering a wide range of gas appliances for both residential and commercial use. agreed to acquire a majority stake in Groupe Atlantic, a French manufacturer of HVAC and water heating systems. Financial terms were not disclosed.
