Altius Minerals to acquire Lithium Royalty for CAD521m.

Altius Minerals, a diversified mining company, agreed to acquire Lithium Royalty, an operator of a battery royalty and streaming company, for CAD521m. “This transaction represents an exciting new chapter for the Company.
