Harbour Energy to acquire LLOG Exploration Company for $3.2bn.

Harbour Energy, one of the world's largest independent oil and gas companies, agreed to acquire LLOG Exploration Company, a private deepwater oil and gas exploration and production company, for $3.2bn. The acquisition marks Harbour’s strategic entry into the US Gulf of America, strengthening its global portfolio and establishing another core business unit alongside Norway, the UK, Argentina and Mexico.
