Sandbrook Capital completed the acquisition of United Utility Services from Bernhard Capital Partners.

Sandbrook Capital, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of United Utility Services, a provider of electric utility infrastructure services, from Bernhard Capital Partners, a service and infrastructure-focused private equity management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction represents a continuation of Sandbrook's strategy of partnering with management teams to build scaled, mission-critical platforms that enable the decarbonization and modernization of energy infrastructure.
