Det-Tronics completed the acquisition of Optronics Technology from Concejo and Prevla for SEK190m.

Det-Tronics, a provider of integrated fire and gas detection solutions, completed the acquisition of Optronics Technology, a developer of optical fire and gas detection systems, from Concejo, an investment company, and Prevla, a private investment firm, for SEK190m. “Det-Tronics' strategy is built on growth, innovation, and quality.
