Reganosa to acquire Saltos del Cinca from Plenium Partners and Bankinter Investment.

Reganosa, a global energy company based in Spain, agreed to acquire Saltos del Cinca, a company which owns three hydroelectric power plants in Aragón, from investment firms Plenium Partners and Bankinter Investment. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction marks Reganosa’s entry into renewable energy generation with its own assets.
