GCH Corporation completed the acquisition of Thurston Group.

GCH Corporation, a privately owned UK-based industrial conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Thurston Group, a UK-based specialist in offsite modular construction. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As a long-term, privately owned industrial group, GCH is committed to stabilising and investing in the business.
