Inszone Insurance Services completed the acquisition of Northern Insurance Group.

Inszone Insurance Services, a company specializing in commercial, personal, and benefits insurance solutions, completed the acquisition of Northern Insurance Group, an Illinois-based insurance agency known for its construction, restaurant, and small business insurance expertise. Financial terms were not disclosed. “When we began exploring a partnership, we knew we needed a company with greater resources, stronger carrier access, and a broader platform to support continued growth.
