Inszone Insurance Services completed the acquisition of Williamson Insurance.

Inszone Insurance Services, a company specializing in commercial, personal, and benefits insurance solutions, completed the acquisition of Williamson Insurance, a Little Rock-based agency with decades of experience serving businesses and individuals in Arkansas. Financial terms were not disclosed. “There were several factors that led us to Inszone.
