Coforge to acquire Encora from Advent and Warburg Pincus for $2.35bn.

Coforge, an Indian multinational information technology company, agreed to acquire Encora, a global digital engineering company, from Advent and Warburg Pincus, two private equity investors, for $2.35bn. “The Encora acquisition is a defining moment for our organization.
