Pet Being, a company active in the pet sector and related consumer investments, completed the acquisition of of 55% stake in Bau Cosmesi, an Italian pet-focused e-commerce company, from Farmacosmo, an Italy-based health, pharma, beauty and pet company, and Andrea Bianchi, an individual shareholder, for €5.1m.
