Brivo to merge with Eagle Eye Networks.

Brivo, a provider of cloud-native access control and smart space technologies, agreed to merge with Eagle Eye Networks, a provider of cloud video surveillance. Financial terms are not disclosed. “The merger cements our leadership position in the market, provides a better solution for our customers, and helps resellers grow their businesses more efficiently. We have shared the same vision and ownership for a decade, so the merger is about aligning operations so we can move faster and provide better service to our customers,” Steve Van Till, Brivo Founder.
