C.D Holding Internationale, a financial services company, primarily engaged in the asset management industry, agreed to acquire a 45.67% stake in Multinet, a Turkey-based financial technology and corporate services company operating under the French Up Group, from Fin Tech Invest, a company that operates within the financial holding companies industry.
