Portobello Capital-backed Serveo, a facilities management services company, completed the acquisition of Tecnolimp, a Spanish company that specializes in integral industrial cleaning services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The incorporation of Tecnolimp allows Serveo to strengthen its end-to-end value proposition for industry, representing a further step in our strategy of highly specialised industrial services," Salvador Urquía, Serveo CEO.
