ITG Communications completed the acquisition of Quasar.

ITG Communications, a company specializing in large-scale broadband network design, completed the acquisition of Quasar, a provider of engineering, construction, and fulfillment services for the broadband and wireless industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition represents a major milestone in ITG’s evolution as a turnkey provider. By bringing Quasar’s engineering, design, and permitting expertise in-house, we complete a critical pillar of our service model and enhance our ability to support customers across the full project lifecycle," Guilherme Elias, ITG Communications President.
