Michelin to acquire Cooley from JH Whitney.

Michelin, a provider of a wide range of tires, agreed to acquire Cooley, a global manufacturer specializing in high-performance polymeric solutions, from JH Whitney, a private equity firm. Financial terms are not disclosed.
