Vulcan Materials, a producer of construction aggregates, asphalt paving mixtures, and ready-mixed concrete, and Burgmaster completed the merger. Financial terms were not disclosed. Their merger created a new unified brand, Mastrex, which designs and manufactures industrial production equipment, focusing on MX Series laser powder bed fusion metal 3D printers built for scalable and reliable real-world manufacturing.
