Ingersoll Rand completed the acquisition of Scinomix.

Ingersoll Rand, a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and life science and industrial solutions, completed the acquisition of Scinomix, a provider of laboratory automation systems to customers in the life science industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are expanding our portfolio of innovative solutions and opening new opportunities with the acquisition of Scinomix.
