Matter-backed Placefirst, a build-to-rent developer, and Strata, a Doncaster-based housebuilder, formed a joint venture to deliver over 500 single-family rental homes by 2028. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our ambition to deliver more quality homes across the UK comes down to a simple belief: renters deserve better.
