Ozlo Sleep, a sleep technology company, completed the acquisition of Segotia, an engineering and technology company that develops audio and neuro-related technologies for consumer products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining Ozlo gives our team the opportunity to bring our neuroscience and audio research and technology to a much broader audience.
