Karman to acquire Seemann Composites and MSC for $220m.

Karman, an American fabricator of space and defense systems, agreed to acquire Seemann Composites, a manufacturer that provides advanced composite solutions and technologies, and MSC, a machinery manufacturing company, for $220m. “Entering the strategic maritime defense market, which is a critical element of near-peer nation state deterrence, has been on our strategic roadmap for years.
