PX3-backed Cleanova completed the acquisition of Airflotek and TES Clean Air Systems.

PX3-backed Cleanova, a provider of filtering technology, completed the acquisition of Airflotek, a designer and manufacturer of custom air filtration and controlled-environment systems, and TES Clean Air Systems, an exclusive distributor of Airflotek products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Airflotek and TES-Clean Air Systems are outstanding strategic fits for Cleanova.
