Transformation Capital and LRVHealth-backed IntelyCare, a provider of an AI-driven, tech-enabled healthcare staffing platform that connects nurses and nursing assistants with post-acute care facilities, completed the acquisition of CareRev, a provider of a technology-driven, on-demand marketplace that connects hospitals and healthcare facilities with healthcare professionals.
