Aricoma completed the acquisition of SAP business unit and Sapphir of Convotis Group.

Aricoma, a company specializing in enterprise IT solutions, completed the acquisition of SAP business unit and Sapphir, an information technology and services company, of Convotis Group, a technology company specializing in IT solutions for the financial sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By combining our SAP expertise with complementary IT services, we support everything from end-to-end ERP processes to complex technological requirements across the entire IT landscape of customers,” Sebastian Brunner, CONVOTIS Managing Director of SAP Cloud Business.
