Castik Capital-backed Andra Tech Group completed the acquisition of FK Instrument from Anderson Group.

Castik Capital-backed Andra Tech Group, a group of precision manufacturing companies, completed the acquisition of FK Instrument, a precision machining manufacturer, from Anderson Group, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “FK Instrument is an outstanding addition to our group.
