Truelink Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Prime Electric from WestView Capital Partners.

Truelink Capital, a Los Angeles based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Prime Electric, a provider of electrical system repair, installation, and maintenance services, from WestView Capital Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “WestView exceeded our expectations as a partner, investing in our people, systems, and platform, which enabled the Company to more than double in size. We are excited to welcome Truelink Capital for our next chapter and are thrilled with WestView’s continued involvement,” Bob Ledford, Prime Electric CEO.
