Haveli Investments, an Austin-based technology focused investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Sirion, an AI-native contract management platform. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Sirion is one of the best examples we have seen of a system-of-record software company combining proprietary small-language models with frontier LLMs and creating next-gen agentic AI workflows.
