Van Rooi to acquire Van Loon Group.

Van Rooi, a family-run business with over 70 years of experience in the meat industry, specialising in the global industrial sale of meat, agreed to acquire Van Loon Group, a food company that specialises in meat and convenience products. Financial terms were not disclosed. By continuing together, a solid company is created that is active in all links of the food chain - from farm to fork. The new company has a leading position in Retail, Foodservice and Industry.
