UTAC completed the acquisition of USA Truck from DSV.

UTAC, a holding formed by a group of its current and former managers of USA Truck, an Arkansas-based truckload carrier, completed the acquisition of the company from DSV, a Danish freight forwarder. Financial terms were not disclosed. USA Truck will be well positioned for future growth under the new ownership, where its business model and legacy strengths can be fully leveraged.
