Dynamo Technologies completed the acquisition of Victory Solutions.

Dynamo Technologies, a full life cycle digital transformation company providing a variety of complex technology and program management services to the US federal government, completed the acquisition of Victory Solutions, a provider of mission-focused technology and government support services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition marks an important step in Dynamo’s strategic growth.
