Bakkt to acquire Distributed Technologies Research for $145m.

Bakkt, a software as a service and API platform provider, agreed to acquire Distributed Technologies Research, a global stablecoin payment infrastructure provider, for $145m. The consummation of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of customary closing conditions, including receipt of applicable regulatory approvals and approval by Bakkt’s stockholders.
