Larsen & Toubro completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in L&T‑Sapura Shipping from Vantris Energy for $30.5m.

Larsen & Toubro, a company specializing in the construction, energy manufacturing, and allied businesses, completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in L&T‑Sapura Shipping, an oil and gas services provider, from Vantris Energy, an upstream oil and gas company, for $30.5m. “This divestment is another step forward in reshaping Vantris Energy into a more focused, agile and financially resilient organisation.
