IDAK Food Group to acquire Onoré.

IDAK Food Group, a Switzerland-based premium frozen food manufacturer, agreed to acquire Onoré, a French bakery and frozen dessert company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We share the same DNA as IDAK and look forward to starting to build our common future. Together, we will continue to craft signature products inspired by European cuisines in bakery, pastry and snacks," Alexandre Vigneron, Onoré CEO.
