Brentwood Associates completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Perennial Services Group from Tenex Capital.

Brentwood Associates, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Perennial Services Group, a provider of residential lawncare, pest control, landscaping and arbor services, from Tenex Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to partner with Jon, the Perennial team, and Tenex.
