Arlington Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Pond & Company, an engineering, architecture, planning, and program and construction management firm, for $700m. “Decades of energy and transportation infrastructure neglect, coupled with an increasing appetite for the reshoring of life sciences manufacturing, are creating strong demand for the complex capabilities that Pond provides.
