Apollo and Temasek to invest $1.8bn in QXO.

Apollo, an alternative investment manager, and Temasek, a global investment company, agreed to invest $1.8bn in QXO, a publicly traded distributor of roofing, waterproofing and complementary building products in North America. The investment further strengthens QXO’s financial flexibility to pursue strategic acquisition opportunities.
