CAPZA and Sagard-backed Audensiel, a digital transformation firm, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Kairos Digital Solutions, a technology consultancy specializing in end-to-end digital transformation, from Carev Participaciones, the parent holding company of Kairos Digital Solutions, for €42m. “Joining forces with Audensiel allows us to become even more competitive at a time when artificial intelligence is radically transforming consulting, redefining business models, and multiplying opportunities, while also presenting us with new challenges in profitability, margins, and growth.
