Summa Equity completed the acquisition of Peoplesafe from ECI Partners.

Summa Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Peoplesafe, a workforce safety software and services provider, from ECI Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
