TruArc Partners completed the acquisition of Schill Grounds Management from Argonne Capital Group.

TruArc Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Schill Grounds Management, a provider of a wide range of commercial landscaping services, from Argonne Capital Group, private investment firm that makes equity investments in a diverse range of middle market enterprises. Financial terms were not disclosed.
