DFW Capital Partners-backed B&A completed the acquisition of Celestar.

DFW Capital Partners-backed B&A, a information technology systems integrator, completed the acquisition of Celestar, a global provider of multiple Intelligence solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is a growth multiplier, not only in capability but in customer reach. It immediately positions us as a full-spectrum intelligence provider, bringing us closer to the warfighter and opening up new, high-value contracts.
