Tailwind Capital completed the acquisition of Valor Fleet Services from Full Guard Capital.

Tailwind Capital, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of Valor Fleet Services, a company providing tow and recovery services, from Full Guard Capital, a private investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Tailwind brings the operational expertise and resources that will allow Valor to scale thoughtfully while staying true to our core values.
