VR Equitypartner and INDUC-backed GBS Electronic Solutions, an electronic manufacturing services provider, completed the acquisition of Productware, an electronic manufacturing services provider, from Controlware, an IT service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The GBS EMS Group is an excellent fit for us in several respects – strategically, technologically, and culturally.
