Elevate Renewables completed the acquisition of Prospect Power from Swift Current Energy.

Elevate Renewables, a national renewable energy development company, completed the acquisition of Prospect Power, a battery storage project in Virginia and PJM, from Swift Current Energy, a renewable energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Prospect Power underscores our commitment to building the battery storage infrastructure required to ensure continuous power for data centers. With its scale and strategic location within PJM, this project exemplifies the critical investments we are making to support the increased need for grid reliability and sustainability driven by growing power demand,” Joshua Rogol, Elevate Chief Executive Officer.
