Loré, a software company providing tax and investment advice for real estate businesses, completed the acquisition of Optitaxes software of Cegid, a cloud business management solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition represents the culmination of a Loré's vision initiated in 2020: to build a partner capable of combining tax expertise, mastery of real estate data and software solutions with high value of use.
