Datawave Networks to invest in Cerberus Capital Management.

Datawave Networks, a Cyprus-based independent subsea infrastructure provider, agreed to invest in Cerberus Capital Management, a private equity firm. Financial terms are not disclosed. The investment in related to the development of the Singapore–India–Gulf (SING) Cable System, a next-generation subsea fibre optic network connecting the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.
