Fintel, a UK-based fintech company providing technology, compliance and regulatory services, completed the acquisition of market pricing business of Pearson Ham Group, a pricing consultancy that provides pricing strategy, pricing reviews, commercial model design, and revenue management services, for £11m. "This acquisition is an important milestone in growing our Software and Data division.
