Platinum Equity completed the acquisition of Czarnowski Collective from Nagle family.

Platinum Equity, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Czarnowski Collective, a collection of integrated agencies providing end-to-end solutions for trade shows, corporate events, meetings, conferences, and other live experiences, from Nagle family, an organization that provides financial aid for projects which are beneficial to the public. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have great respect for the Nagle family and the business they've built.
