AE Industrial Partners-backed United Building Solutions, a provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services across the United States, completed the acquisition of DFW Mechanical Group, a full-service commercial and industrial mechanical contractor serving clients across Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Florida.
