Banca March and Stoneshield Capital completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Exolum from APG for €500m.

Banca March, a Spanish investment bank and financial services company, and Stoneshield Capital, an investment group, completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Exolum, a company specializing in transportation, management and storage of energy products, with a strong international expansion strategy, from APG, a pension investor, for €500m.
